"My Internet Connection drops after I am online for 20 minutes"

This is caused by a timer on the server.
All Internet Service Providers (ISPs) have a timer that detects
a "timeout", which is usually set to 20 minutes.
If you are online and you do NOTHING for a period of 20 minutes,
the server will drop the connection.

Many people forget to disconnect from the internet when finished using it.

If your connection is being dropped often it is probably due to no modem activity.
If you eave your Outlook Express (or other email program) open and have it check for
mail at intervals of less than than 19 minutes this should remedy the disconnect problem.

The screenshots below will simplify "how" to set the frequency
for checking for email..

1.) Click on "Tools" and click on "Options"

2.)  Change the number of minutes to something less than 20.

3.) Click "Apply" and then click "OK"

Done!
