Paragould
man dies in motorcycle crash
A Paragould man was killed in a one-vehicle accident on Arkansas 351 Tuesday
afternoon, police said.
Johnny W. Warren, 30, of 109 S. Quail, Paragould, was traveling north on
Arkansas 351 at 3:30 p.m. about 4 miles north of Jonesboro on a 1986 Honda
Shadow motorcycle, state police said. Officers said Warren and another vehicle
attempted to pass a third vehicle. Warren swerved left to avoid the vehicle in
front of him and then ran into a ditch and struck a guy wire on a utility pole.
He was pronounced dead at the scene by Craighead County Chief Deputy Coroner
